As the Fates Would Have It 
I have a living version of this in my life. My brother-in-law has been battling lung cancer for going on four years. He has no control of his body from the neck down — a little movement in his arms. No strength. My sister has had to have two hoists installed in their tv room and bedroom to get him in and out of bed, his wheelchair, and his recliner. He is 5’9″, she is 5’3″. She finally bought a handicap van. I am inspired everyday that Greg continues to live… I’m going to send this to her. I’m sure she’s not seen it. Thanks for posting it, Lori.
Bless your sister for her dedication to her husband and bless him for continuing to fight to live. I hope the video is an inspiration for both of them (((Calen)))
It made her cry. But that’s a good thing. She keeps a lot bottled up. She’d never heard of that song before either.
Although I am not happy that she cried, I am glad that it brought some relief and comfort to her. Andra Day has a lot of beautiful songs. I recently bought one of her albums. Very inspirational.
Inspiring song. We all can do a better job of forgiving those who we felt have wronged us.
